Worship Volunteer Form
Use this form to indicate your desire and availability to serve as a Worship Volunteer. Please check where you would like to serve and the dates you are requesting. We will place you in the master schedule which is posted on the calendar and only if there is a conflict (someone requests the same dates and duty) will we contact you directly.
