This is the Adventure Club on-line Registration Form for the Spring 2012 Adventure Club Session. We look forward to having your child participate with us this session.

The new season of Adventure club starts February 21st, and will end April 24th. Our meetings will last from 6:00-7:30 each Tuesday evening. If you registered for the Fall 2011 session, there is no need to register again for the Spring 2012 session.
