Missions Committee Revealed

Volunteers in a variety of outreach efforts have found exciting opportunities to serve Jesus by using their time and talents, fulfilling Christ's mission in the world. Members of the Missions Committee meet monthly to plan, organize and undertake mission initiatives outside of the immediate community in the global ministries of the church. Ned Metzger is the current Missions Committee Chair.

The role of this committee is to educate the church congregation about our Advance Special Projects and promote participation in them either financially or through the sharing of talents. The committee also works to provide mission trip opportunities, encourage participation in local efforts such as Habitat for Humanity as well as bring guest missionaries in to speak of the needs and opportunities to spread the Word from around the globe.
