Church Class and Groups Submission Form

As many of you know, the church is currently working to create a website to make information about the church and its activities more available. As part of this effort we would like to briefly describe each of our classes and groups so that others can learn about the many different opportunities they have to participate in the church. We would like to ask that you take a few minutes to describe your class/group on the form below so that we can represent it in the most accurate way as we can. Please keep in mind that this information can be edited, added to or changed as time goes forward so as things change in the class (topics, leaders, etc) we can update it to keep it current.

What is most important is that we have each class and group listed.

Who is the class target to i.e. certain age range; family situation such as families with small children, singles; work related like young professionals, retired individuals; etc.
Describe your group in way that draws the audience you want and tells them what to expect when they come to your group. Mention the atmosphere of the group such as ‘fun’, ‘energetic’, ‘reflective’, ‘focused’, ‘spontaneous’, etc.
(Describe what the class is focused on, i.e. Bible Study, Contemporary Issues, Interactive Class based on Bible teachings, various topics, etc)
