Children's Education Committee

The Children's Education Committee is comprised of our current Children's Sunday School teachers, the church nursery coordinator, the Adventure Club Coordinator, and the Youth Coordinator.

The purpose of the Children's Education Committee is to present the gospel of Jesus Christ to children of all ages within our church, and within our community in a safe learning environment. We accomplish these goals by offering a range of Sunday School classes on Sunday mornings, Cross Training during Sunday morning worship time, Adventure Club on Tuesday evenings, Youth Group every Sunday evening, and a staffed nursery for most church services. We work together with the United Methodist Conference to provide our volunteers with essential child protection training classes and guidelines, and to ensure that our facilities are staffed appropriately for all ages. We strive to follow conference guidelines to allow appropriate space for each age group to best facilitate the learning process no matter how young the child.

The Rossville United Methodist Church Children's Education Committe is continually striving to improve the quality of curriculum and activities available to the children of our community, and to share the good news of God's great love for everyone.
